We offer two services to help ensure your clothes steamer lasts for as long as possible: a repair service and an extended warranty.

How does the repair service work?

1. Get in touch by phone or web.
2. Give us some details, tell us the problem and we'll arrange a courier to collect.
3. Our expert team will carry out a fault assessment - if you are out of warranty, you will be issued a quote!
4. We will order genuine replacement parts, carry out a fully insured repair and arrange to send it back to you.

To get the extended warranty you must add it to your basket when you initially purchase your steamer!

From the 1st October until 10th December our stores will be open late until 7pm every Tuesday. No need to worry about getting down to the store during your business hours, you can pop by in the evenings to get those busy Christmas period essentials.

Take a look at the beautiful mannequin display in our London, Great Titchfield Street store. The mannequins show the timeline of our store and how it intertwines with London’s history.

Beginning with the opening in 1894, the display shows our first steps into the fashion industry, to London rebuilding after the war. The story then continues with our expansion into mail order in the 1960’s, the full colour catalogue in the 1980’s and the launch of website in the early days of the internet, finishing with one of our eco-mannequins to represent 2020 onwards.

This display, along with exclusive in-store discounts, ran throughout September so that we could celebrate our big anniversary with you.

Named for the area in Masedonia where lilac grows, this gorgeous new jewellery display range can now be seen in our Bristol store. The soft purple tones of the velvet surface provide a flawless backdrop for your jewellery, especially when set against our new illuminated mango wood cabinets! Visit the store for a chance to see this luxurious Larisa jewellery display range for yourself.

Helen Payne, Customer Services Manager, celebrated 35 years working for Morplan! Helen was presented with a gift as a token of our appreciation for all her hard-work by our MD, Mark Chatterton.

Each year we have a chosen charity that we fundraise for throughout. In September we held a bake sale coffee morning for this year's charity: Havens House Children’s Hospice.
