Our business performs regular visits to our suppliers. We test to ensure their performance and adherence to British regulations and must meet our strict requirements to be able to partner with us’.
Account escalation
Our escalation process includes the availability of the Account Manager, the Customer Services Manager, Head of External Sales & Key Accounts) and the Managing Director.
Disaster recovery
Should there be an issue with delivery or a supplier, our team has the experience to handle it. We have suppliers all over the world so if any issues arise, we can switch production location to ensure limited effect to our customers.

Over the last 5 years we have adapted to and been ahead of requirements for genuine ethical products. We began by stocking many paper alternatives such as mailing bags, bubble wrap and even stretch film. From there, we tasked ourselves to grow this range in all areas of our business and now have sustainable solutions across ALL product areas of our range, including the world’s first fully bio mannequin and a deep focus on our sustainable furniture range.
Royal Warrant
We were awarded the Royal Warrant for the first time in 2011. Since then we have been re-awarded it every five years. The warrant was renewed most recently in 2022 which is a rare privilege and a reflection of the unrivalled position we hold within the industry.
ISO 9001 and 14001
We have been awarded both the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification in Retail and Wholesale of shopfittings and retail supplies for customers worldwide. the ISO certification demonstrates a globally recognised standard for quality management.

Strong values on anti-slavery, ethical trading including exclusion of child labour, the working conditions of our employees & sub-employees, strict requirements on our suppliers and customers to meet & maintain the same Ethical, Environmental & workplace H&S standards which we hold.

We make regular visits to our suppliers to ensure their business is adhering to not only UK standards of safety, environment and employment - but also our own.
Packaging
We have improved how we package and ship our own products to our customers, and have enforced stricter regimes on boxes and void fill, so that excess space isn't wasted when items are shipped.
Warehouse
Our warehouse uses LED lighting to reduce energy consumption, solar power and rainwater harvesting to ensure efficient heating and use of water. The site also features charging points for electric vehicles. The building’s owner carbon offsets each building it builds and leases.
Our products
We have increased the number of eco-friendly products we have on offer across our ranges by replacing existing products with sustainable alternatives or introducing new ranges - from carrier bags and postal boxes, to furniture, display items, general consumables and more.
