Davenports Grange Limited and Morplan
Bill Barton, Store Manager, and Derek Hooper, Area Manager at Morplan Glasgow, worked with Davenports Grange Limited to help them completely refurbish their shop:
"Cathy visited us at the Morplan Glasgow store to see our range of fixtures and fittings first hand. Derek produced some 3D store designs and over a cup of coffee and a chat, a range of fittings were carefully chosen. It's a great buzz for us to see the new store all fitted out and looking superb. It was a real pleasure helping Cathy to achieve her vision and we wish Davenports Grange every success."

How did you come to work with Morplan?
We had a Morplan catalogue as we had bought from them before and had always been pleased with the quality and service. Also, a lot of the agents I go to had recommended them. So we decided to pay a visit to the Glasgow store (as that was our nearest) to have a look at the products and talk to an advisor.
What problem or issue were you looking to solve?
We were moving our store to new premises which had been a cafe so a complete renovation was on the cards. We had a blank canvas but we did have some ideas of the look we wanted to achieve.
How did we help you achieve this?
We met with Derek from the Glasgow store and took him a drawing of the space. We looked around the store and got some ideas and he drew up a design for the space using the products we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of other ideas too.
Is there something about working with us that stood out to you?
It felt a very personal service. Derek went above and beyond to help. He always made sure we got the best deals and was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries or solve any issues. I have him on speed dial!! Everything arrived as it should beautifully packaged and very promptly.
All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morplan to anyone and will continue to use them in the future. We are absolutely thrilled with how our shop looks and we are getting lots of positive feedback and comments.
